Shenta Arnold

About:

Author headshotShenta Arnold is a newcomer to the Valley.  She grew up in Manitoba and lived most of her life in Alberta.  With an introduction to yoga and meditation in her teen years, she began her journey into natural healing modalities such as reiki, massage and homeopathic medicine.  While raising three boys she and her husband made their living operating a successful contracting business creating site work for playgrounds.

Shenta has used journaling as a life tool for many years and while reading old journals she found scraps of poems, both half finished and completed within the many pages of her writing.  This book of poetry is a compilation of those poems.
Shenta is retired and living in Comox Valley with her husband of 40 years.  She enjoys quiet times in nature, swimming, biking and making music.
