Angelika Forray is a multidisciplinary artist, author and Natural Medicine Practioner that specializes in Ayurveda.
She has a degree from the University of Ottawa and a diploma in Fine Arts. Her focuses on healing and psychology permeates into her writing.
She has published ‘Rise in Love’ a book about self acceptance and the spiritual journey of bringing more love into ones life.
Her recent book ‘Liminal’ is an artistic exploration of the psyche and stages of healing.
Her work is thought provoking, deep and written in a simple manner that everyone can understand.
She currently resides on Denman Island and is proud to call Comox Valley home.
